He is highly knowledgeable in various home systems and equipment, offering hands-on solutions to meet customer needs. JD’s main responsibilities include customer interaction, preparing proposals, and providing home watch services. Additionally, he holds certification as a Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) with the National Home Watch Association (NHWA).
Craig contributes to our team with his extensive knowledge of home building, construction practices, and field experience. His role encompasses attending onsite consultations, managing vendors, and overseeing all home watch services. With a unique ability to identify and resolve problems swiftly and accurately, Craig upholds an unwavering commitment to excellence.
