Mesqua brings a wealth of organizational, management, and customer service expertise to our team. As the liaison between our esteemed clients and vendors, her primary responsibilities include managing phone inquiries, scheduling consultations, coordinating vendor appointments, and ensuring personalized care and attention to every home under our watch.
JD brings a wealth of experience to Relax & Roam with over forty years in engineering, consulting, and business development. He is highly knowledgeable in various home systems and equipment, offering hands-on solutions to meet customer needs. JD’s main responsibilities include customer interaction, preparing proposals, and providing home watch services. Additionally, he holds certification as a Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) with the National Home Watch Association (NHWA).
